This policy explains what data is processed when you use the Totemcy app and totemcy.com, why it is used, and what rights you have as a user.

Data We Collect

  • Device and installation information needed for the app to work.
  • Your selected league, selected team, free or ad-supported submission choice, and team-level total counts.
  • Technical ad data that ad providers may process during rewarded ad display, measurement, and abuse prevention.
  • Service records needed to manage daily usage rights and prevent misuse.
  • Basic logs created for debugging, security, and service health.
  • Your email address and message content when you contact us for support.

Totemcy does not require you to create an account. It does not ask for classic account details such as name, surname, or payment information.

The totem text you write may be used briefly during the submission and sharing flow, but Totemcy does not keep a permanent text archive of submitted totems.

Why We Use Data

  • To manage daily usage rights, verify rewarded flows, and run the core product flow.
  • To provide team-based community boards, team statistics, and totem activity features.
  • To detect errors, performance issues, service interruptions, and abuse attempts.
  • To respond to support requests and evaluate product feedback.

Sharing and Retention

Data may be processed on the infrastructure and ad providers used to deliver the service. This data is used only as needed for service operation, rewarded ad flows, security, fraud prevention, measurement, and support.

The app may store daily usage information, some cache records, and short-lived sync information on your device if a connection issue occurs and a later retry is needed. On the server side, counters, reward records, and usage-right records required for service operation may be kept.

Records that are no longer needed are deleted, replaced, or kept only at the minimum level required to keep the service running.

User Rights

Totemcy does not keep an account-based user profile. For that reason, it does not offer a general account deletion or one-click full data removal flow.
